CUSTOMIZE YOUR ALERTS
Quiet Time
Get your news when it's convenient for you. Set your "Quiet Time" in the WAFB 9News App and silence the app on your schedule.
- Tap the menu button in the top right-hand corner.
- Tap on the "Settings" or gear icon at the bottom of the menu.
- Select "Quiet Time" under "Options".
- Enable "Quiet Time" and set the beginning and end times.

Turn on and off individual alerts.
Get the alerts you want and only the alerts you want with the 9News App.
- Tap the menu button in the top right-hand corner.
- Tap on the "Settings" or gear icon.
- Toggle the alerts using the toggle switches on the right-hand side of the screen to activate or deactivate alerts by type.
BREAKING: Breaking and developing news.
WEATHER: Weather alerts, including watches, warnings and other weather-related bulletins.
SPORTS: Developing stories in the sports world.
TRAFFIC: Road closures, traffic accidents, and other transportation-related news.
